The Biggest Winner - Home Staging

East Coast Staging & Re-design will be holding it's first Annual "The Biggest Winner" contest.

What is "The Biggest Winner" contest: We are looking for the home with the most make over opportunities. Once we have received your listings, one will be chosen for a total make over (staging) at no charge!! That's right no charge to you or the homeowner.

Qualifications: - Homeowner must agree to the terms of agreement - Home must have been on the market for more than 30 days - Home should be located in Brunswick County

How does this work: Review your listings, email us the link to the property or send us pictures and a brief description of the property. On February 1, 2010, East Coast Staging & Re-design will select the home that has the most make over opportunities and the Biggest Winner will be notified. A member of our team will meet with the homeowner and the agent to go over recommendations and the action plan.

Once the selected property has been completed; an Open House will be scheduled for everyone to view.

What does the Biggest Winner receive: - Catered Open House for Realtor's and all involved - Updated Digital Pictures - Local and Internet advertisement of the Agent and Property - A stunningly staged home that will appeal to 95% of potential home buyers; resulting in a Quick Sale for Top Dollar."

I hope that you are as excited about this as we are. Once the home has been selected an email will go out to everyone to inform them of which home has been selected. Also, prior to the open house and additional email will be sent to inform you of the date and time. We plan to have full media coverage on this "The Biggest Winner" throughout the whole process.
